We appointed Marsh Commercial following an initial Zoom call with Selena Kearvell and Daniel Schofield and after their auditing of our existing insurance programme. They highlighted key areas of concern with our coverage, particularly on the Professional Indemnity line and the solutions they could bring to the table to resolve.
The focus and attention on ensuring our insurance covered was as comprehensive as possible was of particular importance to ourselves as we were looking to sell our company and needed to ensure we had the right protection in place.
The Marsh Commercial team and in particular Daniel kept us informed every step of the way and delivered on their promises. The policies and cover we implemented were explained to myself and fellow directors in a way that we fully understood and our business is now better positioned with all our insurances in place.
I’m pleased to say we have now sold the business and Marsh Commercial were critical in helping us through the process of being able to demonstrate a level of coverage that provided comfort and assurances required to the purchasing group.
