Rory has been helping with a temporary vehicle situation and has been back and forward to the insurance company over recent months while our vehicle was in the garage for repair. He has been incredibly supportive during this time and very on the ball checking with us in relation to our vehicle situation to make sure our policy changes are still relevant.
