Laura has worked in the insurance industry for 18 years, based in our Ludlow office. Having started her career in Personal Lines then moving across to Commercial Insurance, Laura has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. Laura now leads the community teams across Ludlow and Hereford in her role as Service Quality Manager. Having always lived in Ludlow, Laura has a great understanding of the needs of our local community.
